Over 700 Pupil Packs Distributed Across Sale

Updated: Jun 19, 2020

In collaboration with LifeChurch Manchester and Sale Community Hub, we’ve been able to support the most disadvantaged local primary school children, during lockdown!

So far, 700 “Pupil Power Packs” and “Activity Packs” have either been handed out, or are ready to be distributed.

Pupil Power Packs will contain educational essentials, so that children who don’t have these items at home, can keep up with their school work. The Activity Packs will contain puzzles and games, so that they have something fun to do too!

If you’d like to contribute towards the cost of putting these packs together please donate here -

Alternatively, throughout May, you can go to The LifeCentre (235 Washway Road, M33 4BP) Tuesdays 12-2pm and Thursdays 4-6pm and donate any of the following NEW ITEMS to help make up the packs-

· Blank exercise book or A4 refill pad

· Pencil case

· Pencils, rubber, ruler, pencil sharpener

· Coloured pens

· Pencil crayons

· Coloured chalks

· Unused board games, jigsaws, activity books and craft kits

· Sensory toys, such as stress balls or fidget spinners

· Books, new or in very good condition

Any surplus funds will be donated to local primary schools to help them buy the resources they need to support pupils, whilst COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

Thank you to those that have donated, its been a great effort from Sale to help some of our local children in these challenging times.
